This site is governed by the UNIVERSITY OF REGINA POLICY GOVERNING THE USE OF CAMPUS COMPUTING, NETWORK AND OTHER INFORMATION RESOURCE FACILITIES and the following Terms and conditions:
1. No user of GBLUR web site shall attempt to circumvent or defeat security policies or restrictions, including password composition restrictions, regardless of intent.

4. Neither GBLUR nor any affiliates shall be liable or responsible to any user for claims or damages of any kind, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of access to, or use of, information provided by GBLUR or its affiliates.
5. Neither GBLUR nor its affiliates assumes any responsibility or liability for damages to or viruses that may infect computer equipment or other property on account of a user’s access to, use of, or downloading of information from GBLUR's website.
